NEIL HOSE

Racing Driver

ARDS ‘A’ Instructor

Once a racer…

Neil started karting at 11 years old and quickly established himself as the man to beat in Scotland. With his raw speed and desire to win, a few years later he was double Scottish Junior Karting Champion and the prestigious Junior TKM British ‘O’ plate Champion.

At 17 Neil progressed to single seater racing competing in the highly contested Formula Vauxhall Junior British Championship as a privateer, instantly proving to be a front runner, whilst learning the challenging British tracks.

Turning his hand to more affordable saloon car racing, he then went on to win races in every class he entered picking up the, ‘most promising Scottish driver’ accolade along the way.

Before he was 18, Neil had obtained his ARDS instructors license. Working hard to build on his driving experience, he quickly progressed to ‘A’ grade level.

After taking some time away from from racing to focus on his family and career, Neil is now relishing the opportunity of being back on track.

After a successful few years racing in the Scottish Mini Cooper Championship picking up multiple wins, podiums and the outright lap record, Neil has since turned his focus back to open wheels, competing once again in single seaters at National level.

Enjoying large grids and high levels of competition at some of the of the Uk’s best tracks, Neil has decided to focus his attention on the HSCC Historic Formula Ford 1600 Championship.

As a qualified ARDS instructor, Neil is professional in his approach to racing and sponsorship. He is happy to work with sponsors to offer them the best value for their investment and can tailor made packages to suit all businesses and individuals.
