Heading for the win in Race 1
Qualifying - P2
A huge effort on the last lap of quali sealed the front row start we’ve been looking for.
Just 1.5 tenths of a second deciding the top 5 starting order for race 1 with another day of close racing on the cards.
Race 1 - P1
Delighted to announce my first win in the mini after a close fought race in the most challenging conditions I’ve experienced on track.
Race 2 - P2
After leading the race from the start again in torrential rain and restricted visibility, I lost the lead to a well timed cut back coming onto the last lap and wasn’t able to return the favour in the drag for the line. Disappointed with this one, as I feel I could have defended better for another win with one lap to go.
Race 3 (Reverse Grid) - P4
Another race long battle with a championship rival made it difficult to move forward and challenge for the last step on the podium. Closed up on 3rd with a few laps to go but a red flag ended the race prematurely.
All in all a great day of exciting racing in very tricky conditions. Really happy with another solid haul of championship points and absolutely delighted to be standing on the top step of the podium again.
I’d like to dedicate my win to Robert Foote, the volunteer marshal who tragically lost his life at Brands Hatch last week. These volunteer marshals are what makes racing possible.

Moving into the second half of the season in top form, we travel to Cadwell Park for the fourth round of the Championship next month. Hoping to carry this momentum forward and continue to close down the championship lead.
